Kate Mac is up super early to tick something off her bucket list, a Hot Air Balloon ride around 100km East of Perth, in Northam Western Australia.

• Hot Air Ballooning is the oldest form of aviation, the very first flight happening on the 23rd November, 1783! That 120 years prior to the first plane taking to the skies!
• This type of aviation has attracted the likes of scientists and explorers, but now accessible to everyone!
• Flights are from May till the end of October, when the weather is most suitable for flights in this area.
• Flights are at dawn, ready to greet those first morning rays, which is also the safest moment of the day to go ballooning.
